Allen Goodner was born and reared in North Central Texas, the third of three sons. He grew up on a steady diet of fairy tales, novels, and Dungeons and Dragons gaming sessions, so it is probably no surprise he decided to be an author when he grew up. Even his day job as a software developer allows him to scratch that creative itch.

 

Allen lives in Arlington, TX with his beautiful wife, wonderful children, and usually-well-behaved dogs.
